Pros And Cons of Working from Home

Work from home is can have its pros and cons like for WFH jobs as different people have different opinions and likings.

You will have less flexibility when you are into a job that requires working at a central place with a staff and commuting everyday, whereas with WFH scheme you enjoy your freedom, no code of conduct is required, no office mannerisms and official clothes.

If you are your own boss and likes being this for the lifetime then making your own business would be the best choice for you, but you’ll be responsible for all the work being done by your workers, your income will depend upon the way your business profits, you’ll have a lot of stress as you’ll have to involve yourself into all the major tasks relating to your business. A bend in the business may result in no income.

You have a great responsibility at your hands that cannot be avoided. You have to be very cautious, creative and high spirited. Whereas if you are in a job, under an employee then you enjoy a steady paycheck every month whatever be the condition of your company. When into your own business you have a wide set of opportunities which can result in larger income, as a representative of the company you need not worry about the marketing of the products as well.

If we consider the cons here, then we can say that company may pose certain restrictions over how to run and promote your business, certain policies that you have to follow in any case. You may also have to complete the targets set by the company. While owning your own company you have no such targets to follow, you make the targets, if you want it small then small else a bigger enterprise, thus a proportionate amount of investment in case of work and finance.
